Missed a live session due to circumstances?

All our training sessions are stored in the cloud. These recordings are reviewed by the customer service team for completeness and to prevent forwarding fraud. Thanks to the reimbursement policy, we can make these recordings available for up to 7 days after purchase for all students who happen to miss a class. Of course, the instructor is always available to answer any substantive questions you may have about the exam material.

Please note: We try to assist you as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 48 hours for the recording to arrive in your inbox.

Request recordings:

1. Add the product below to your shopping cart.
2. Check your details and complete your order.
3. Send an email to few@athenastudies.nl with in the subject (1) the course name, (2) the group number and (3) the date of the live session you missed. For example: Knowledge and data, Group 2, 12/8/2023.

If the recordings are unavailable due to technical issues, the money will be refunded within three business days.
